Provided pursuant to Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), the GDPR and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021 on cookies and other tracking tools.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

In brief. The website agentautoma.com (the "Site") uses a single technical session cookie, which remembers the chosen language and is deleted when the browser is closed. It does not use statistical analysis, profiling or advertising tools, does not embed third-party content and does not share browsing data with third parties for profiling purposes. For this reason it does not display a consent banner: there is nothing to authorise.

This Cookie policy forms an integral part of the Site's Privacy notice.

1. Data Controller

Antonio Di Marzio, owner of the sole proprietorship trading under the brand AgentAutoma, Via Val di Foro 140, 66010 Casacanditella (CH), VAT No. IT 02878780697. Contact: info@agentautoma.com.

2. What cookies and tracking tools are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on the user's device and reads again on subsequent visits. There are also other tracking tools: the browser's local memory (local storage), or techniques that recognise the device without saving anything (fingerprinting, pixels). The same rules apply to all of them.

  • Technical (necessary): needed for the website to function or for a service requested by the user, including preferences expressed by the user. They do not require consent (Art. 122 Privacy Code).
  • Analytics: count visits and how users browse. They are treated as technical cookies, and therefore do not require consent, only if they are first-party, with anonymised IP addresses, not combined with other data and not shared with third parties. In all other cases they require consent.
  • Profiling and marketing: build a picture of tastes and behaviour for targeted advertising. They always require prior, free and specific consent.

3. Tools used by the Site

3.1 Cookies and local storage

NameTechnologyPurposeDurationProviderType
NEXT_LOCALEFirst-party cookieRemembers the language in which you are browsing when it differs from your browser's language (for example after changing it with the flag selector), so that when you return to the main address you find the same languageSession: deleted when the browser is closedAgentAutomaTechnical (preference)

The Site does not save anything in the browser's local storage. The button for switching from the dark theme to the light theme changes the appearance of the page you are viewing, but the choice is not stored.

3.2 Initial language based on country

When the address visited does not specify the language (for example agentautoma.com without /it, /en or /es), the hosting provider infers the country of origin from the IP address and the Site chooses the initial language accordingly. Nothing is saved on the device and the country is neither retained nor used for any other purpose. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie, if present, always prevails over the country.

3.3 Hosting provider cookies

Vercel Inc. may set strictly technical cookies in particular cases, such as access to protected preview environments or the activation of infrastructure protection measures. They are not used for profiling and are not set during normal browsing of the public pages.

3.4 Analytics tools: none

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Plausible, Umami, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar and other visit measurement tools are not used.

3.5 Profiling and marketing: none

No advertising pixels or remarketing tools (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel or similar) are installed.

3.6 Embedded third-party content: none

No third-party videos, maps, booking widgets, chats or social media boxes are embedded. Links to other websites (for example the websites of the HACCP DettoFatto and Agens applications, or customers' websites) lead to pages with their own cookie policies, which apply only once those pages have been opened.

3.7 Fonts

Fonts are served directly from AgentAutoma's domain: no requests are made to Google Fonts or other providers, so the IP address is not disclosed to third parties for this reason.

3.8 Contact form protection

The form uses a hidden check field and a temporary limit on submissions per IP address. Both operate on the server and do not save anything on the device. reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha and Turnstile are not used.

4. Why there is no banner

The Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines require a banner with prior blocking only where tools subject to consent are present. The Site uses a single technical cookie, so consent is not required and a banner would be misleading.

Should analytics tools that cannot be treated as technical, profiling cookies or third-party content be introduced in the future, the Controller will:

  1. activate a banner allowing users to accept, reject with an equally simple action and customise their choices by category;
  2. block the tools until consent is given;
  3. provide a panel for changing or withdrawing choices at any time;
  4. update this policy with the name, purpose, duration, provider and privacy notice of each tool.

Closing the banner or scrolling the page will not count as consent.

5. How to manage cookies and data from your browser

Cookies and website data can be deleted or blocked from the browser settings. On the Site, the only thing lost is the memory of the chosen language: the language will again be chosen based on the country or the browser.

To opt out of targeted third-party advertising on other websites: Your Online Choices, Network Advertising Initiative, Digital Advertising Alliance.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The hosting provider Vercel Inc. is based in the United States and may also process technical connection data outside the EEA. Transfers take place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses). Details in section 6 of the Privacy notice.

7. Rights of the data subject

With regard to any data processed through cookies and similar tools, the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR may be exercised by writing to info@agentautoma.com, and a complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). Details in section 8 of the Privacy notice.

8. Updates

This policy may be amended at any time; the date of the last update is shown at the top. If tools subject to consent are introduced, consent will be requested as described in section 4.
